Screen Printing

Whether you need two dozen items or hundreds of them, Port City Graphics will screen print your message, logo, team mascot or other graphics onto tee shirts, hats and other wearables. We screen print in single color or full color, and offer a wide range of standard colors plus pantone (PMS) color matches to fit your brand specifications.

Laser Etching

The most exciting machine we have ever purchased landed in our shop in early 2016. Our new Permaboss CC40 NGL Next Generation laser has transformed our business. We added this machine to offer new apparel decorating options to our clients. Laser etching apparel allows us to decorate garments in places we were never able to. Over seams, across zippers, on collars and yokes, even inside garments. On polar fleece it does an amazing job and it's extremely fast, allowing us a faster turn around time. We can do up to 12"x12" which allows us to offer full back decorating on jackets or sleeves affordably.

While our intention when we bought this equipment was to focus mainly on our apparel decorating business, we quickly found many other uses for this versatile machine. The promotional products side of our business has always been a major part of our business and with our laser we are now decorating many promotional products in house that we used to outsource. We stock several items such as folding can Koozies and micro fiber towels that we are able to produce very quickly. In fact, we were able to do same day service on an order that would not have happened any other way.

What's truly exciting about the CC40 is the fact that we're discovering new uses for it every week. In anticipation of the Holiday season this year we have sourced a large quantity of re-purposed wood and we're developing a line of laser etched home decor, craft and man cave decor. Graphics Arts

Port City Graphics retains skilled graphics designer Scott Smith who is ready to transform your ideas and concepts into colorful logos, text, and graphics to be used on custom screen printed, embroidered, embossed, laser etched and printed items.

Embossing & Debossing

We recently added a new Permaboss embossing/ debossing press to our shop. We create a custom magnesium die of your logo and with this amazing press we "brand" your logo onto all types of apparel. On moisture wicking polyester products the effect is debossing where your image goes down into the material. On cotton items we use a proprietary backing that bonds with the apparel to emboss your logo into a permanent shape. Both methods result in an elegantly understated "tone on tone" look. Port City Graphics is the only company in Northern New England with this equipment. We help our Clients make a great impression every day.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a professional way to get your business, team or organization noticed, and embroidery looks great on hats, sports clothing, golf towels, blankets and tote bags. Port City Graphics has a six head automatic embroidery machine and a single head machine plus hundreds of thread colors to match your design and message needs. We will digitize your graphics so they are ready for the embroidery machines, and we always retain your file so it’s ready for future embroidery needs. Wide Format Printing

We are fortunate to own a Roland VP540 Veracamm Print/ Cut Wide format printer. This incredible machine allows us to create high quality signs, banners, prints, labels, stickers and decals. This machine not only prints, but also contour cuts decals, labels, stickers and vehicle graphics very quickly. We literally use this machine in one form or another every day. He have several clients who use us to quickly produce short and long run packaging labels, campaign signs, promotional banners or vehicle door magnets. Another item that has been growing in popularity would be High School Sport Player banners featuring high quality photos of the Team's Players that are displayed at various sporting events. We created this product several years ago to recognized Senior players at Gorham High School and it is quickly becoming one of our most popular items.
